All certificate of completion forms are automated and are created by the member for the member. Instructions for completing your certificate are located on the web site. Just click on the link for CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS located in the drop down menu of the EDUCATION tab. Please follow the instructions carefully as this is how you will receive your certificate and update professional development course listings in your profile.  This process will follow the honor system, so please be sure to add only information for those courses that you have completed.


All course evaluations will be completed online. Go directly to the Evaluation Form from the Education tab by clicking on the link for COURSE EVALUATION located in the drop down menu.
